Our main office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and closed on weekends and federal holidays.

How can I pay my rent?›
You can pay rent four ways: online through Rent Cafe at rentcafe dot com, by mail with a check or money order, in person at the main office during business hours, or at a participating Western Union location. We do not accept cash at the front desk.
When is my recertification?›
Your recertification happens once a year on the anniversary of your move-in date. We mail you a packet about 90 days before, and you can also complete it online through Rent Cafe. If you need your specific date, I can transfer you to your housing specialist.
What is the status of my work order?›
I can look up the status of an open work order if you have the work order number. If you do not have the number, I will transfer you to maintenance dispatch. Please note: emergencies like no heat, no water, gas leaks, or flooding should always be reported by pressing zero now.
What is my place on the waitlist?›
Waitlist position changes daily and we cannot give an exact spot, but we can confirm whether your application is still active. The public housing waitlist is currently open; the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waitlist is closed and there is no announced reopening date.
